Colaboração Mãos que Cantam – Comitiva Charlie

O Coro Mãos que Cantam colaborou com a Comitiva Charlie no lançamento do tema ‘O Renascido’, sexto single do Álbum ‘Mil Voltas ao Contrário’. O lançamento foi noticiado na secção de Cultura do website Notícias ao Minuto. Veja a notícia aqui.

O projeto Mãos que Cantam, iniciado em 2010,criou um coro de surdos entre os alunos da licenciatura e mestrado em Língua Gestual Portuguesa do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica que começou por atuar em conjunto com o Coro da Universidade.

Este projeto pretende demonstrar, no âmbito da responsabilidade social, que as pessoas menos capacitadas auditivamente podem fazer parte de um coro. A língua gestual igualmente rica e complementar da linguagem musical potencia a expressão dos sentimentos mais profundos, tornando assim cada concerto num espetáculo único. Este projeto é pioneiro, a nível mundial, na integração de ouvintes e não ouvintes simultaneamente num coro.

Apresentação do projecto no âmbito do apoio do BPI CAPACITAR

A HPP voltou a ser premiada no âmbito do BPI Capacitar, desta vez com uma Menção Honrosa pela expansão do projeto Mãos que Cantam ao âmbito escolar. O novo projeto irá trabalhar com 23 escolas da rede EREBAS (Escolas de Referência para a Educação Bilingue de Alunos Surdos) na promoção e disseminação da nossa metodologia de trabalho com surdos na área da música.

By providing training and guidance for museums and their staff, it also develops its activities in fostering a deeper liaison with the museums, their local communities and most direct neighbors which, in many cases, don’t cooperate as easily or smoothly as one might think.

One of the key issues of the association is to foster sustainable audience development in museums.

Community Exhibitions as Tools for Adults’ Individual Development

[GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnerships]

A partnership of museum and heritage sites in Europe debating, sharing ideas and innovative practice around the problems museums have to deal when engaging with their diverse audiences, visitors and communities. The proposed partnership will promote and develop a culture of learning among staff of museums and other heritage organizations personnel, minorities and community members from socially disadvantaged background or marginalized adults.

The proposed partnership will promote an open debate on how we can design new tools that allow involving the communities in the planning activities of museums and other cultural organizations. This partnership will help in creating, experimenting and introducing methods which allow the delivery of cultural content to all, enhancing museums and cultural heritage sites to widen their scope to reach more diverse audiences and truly reach out to their local communities.

The learning will cover a broad range of subjects, depending on the needs and interest of the learners (museums and cultural heritage organizations staff as well as community members, audiences and adult visitors), but at its core will be learning about the sustainability of museums by increasing community participation as well as the development of basic skills in using Information and Communications Technology to communicate cultural identity and the preservation of heritage. All the findings of the mobilities, site visits as well as the exploration and discussion of best practice examples will be collated in a document with recommendations to be distributed widely in the European cultural heritage and adult learning community.
